The Managing Director, Tony Puiu, has gained his technical experience and
expertise installing and servicing Warden Call and door entry equipment for
many years. His down to earth, no nonsense approach enables him to offer the
best possible solutions to the Warden Call client needs. He has worked regularly
with all reputable equipment in the market and independently assesses which
equipment is best suited to each client.
The Sales & Business Development Department is led by Lynn Cook, who has
worked with Delta for many years.
The Accounts department is run by Beverly Chappell.
Other departments look after Service & Procurement.
Recruitment is carried out at director level; this ensures that staff hold
the same beliefs and values as senior management. The attributes we look for
when recruiting engineers, sales and administration staff are:

Our management team is hands on and directly supervise all works.
We expect our staff to adhere to our quality operating procedures to ensure
standards are maintained. Work is only undertaken by competently trained staff.
Ongoing training is in place in technical matters, customer service as well
as Health and Safety. Before any installer is allowed to work in an individual's
homes we ensure that they have been referenced, have had induction training,
understand and agree to our operating standards and health and safety procedures.
